Published by ACIJLP in both English (60 p.g) and Arabic (192 p.g) that resulted from a workshop on women judge : point & counterpoint ( 26 February 1998 In Cairo ) . It also includes research papers that discussed in a seminar and sectioned into 4sections, which address both supporters of women on the judiciary and detractors including evidences on their opinion accordance with Islamic law or Egyptian constitution or judicial codes or judicial provision. It also presents practical, legal and social problems for Egyptian women in judiciary and finally it closes with recommendations to overcome obstacles that hinder holding women a judicial position.
